wow, ballet hurts when you've been out of practice for so long!

And I wasn't even en pointe!! I managed half an hour of traditional barre work, and my my, do my legs feel the strain! I'm going to rest now, because I don't want to do myself too much damage from straining... as I've said, I haven't done ballet or gym for so long, and it'll take me a while until I reach my peak again... but sooner or later, I'm gonna get my perfect body back!!
