I feel so disgusting! I binged like fuck today. The entire family were pushing food onto me, and I just couldn't resist any longer! I've decided I'm going to do the ABC, but in order to make it more achievable, I'm going to double the intake, but do it for 100 days instead of 50. If I start tomorrow, I should finish the day before my birthday, which is perfect! I'm aiming to get to 105lbs, which means i have 32lbs to lose... Definately achievable :]

This means that the day before my birthday will be a juice fast, and then I can relax a little on my birthday, which will be a sunday, so there's not much chance of me going clubbing. I don't drink alcohol anyways.
After that I'm probs going to do the 2468 diet, minus the fasting to avoid suspicion. The modificated ABC scares me a little, because the calorie allowances are soooo high, but I guess it means I'll get to my GW by my birthday, and I'm less likely to fail, so that's a good thing. I used to just take each day as it comes, but I NEED a solid plan to stick to, otherwise I'm gonna stay fat forever :/
